GNUCASH w/ ShopSite - Order Management (Labels, Invoices, etc...)

I think this is premature at this point.  The XML import code isn't finished,
yet..  Also, it's unclear if it will import any random XML; you'd probably need
to write a separate program to convert the ShopSite XML into QSF.

Neil is the person with whom you should coordinate, but be patient.  He's only
on email every couple weeks right now.
