Finance Quote

Greetings,

I have not been able to install Finance Quote and have
been receiving this message:
Writing Makefile for HTML-TableExtract

needed by `Makefile'.  Stop.
  /usr/bin/make  -- NOT OK
Running make test
  Can't test without successful make
Running make install
  make had returned bad status, install seems
impossible
Running make for P/PJ/PJF/Finance-Quote-1.08.tar.gz
  Is already unwrapped into directory
/root/.cpan/build/Finance-Quote-1.08
