Failure of "--add-price-quotes" option.

Aha!

Okay, the problem, is not solved, but I have eliminated one red herring.
(Maf- to answer you, it runs normally when i don't use the --add-p-q
option)

The error I reported was, in fact, from the existence of the .LCK
and .LNK files- here's how that came about:

I ran the command with --add-price-quotes, and it crashed, leaving the
LCK & LNK files in place, then, when I ran it again, and stepped up the
logging, I saw a different error message- I thought it was because of
the verbose logging, but in fact it was a different failure- the first
crash caused the second error that you, Derek, commented on
(ERR_BACKEND_LOCKED).

Okay, when I remove the LCK and LNK files, and run it again, from the
command line, with the --add-price-quotes, I get a "Broken Pipe" error
(and the LCK & LCK files remain after the crash)  Unfortunately, the
logging levels don't allow me to get medium-verbosity, it's scads of
data, or very little.  Below is a capture of loglevel2 and excerpts
(head & tail) of loglevel3.

Anyway, you'll see that there is basically a "Broken Pipe" error that
kills it.

Anything you can think of would be great.
