Top margin Adjustment on reports

Hi All,
I have looked for this one, but have not found it.  How do I adjust the
top margin on, say, a vendor report?  It is currently printing 1 blank
page, 2nd page has top margin of 50mm and third page has top margin of
30mm.  I would prefer a margin of 20mm.

Can't make any sense of .gconf file or even .gnucash.
