Account tree

[Derek Atkins]

Accounts are grouped together and within a group are sorted first
by Account Code and then by Name.  If you only want your accounts
sorted by name then make sure you do NOT have any account codes.

Future versions of GnuCash should make it easier to re-sort the
account tree.
