Installing finance::quote

Go to the right hand side of the securities window.  Click the down
arrow and select the "Get Quotes" column so that it is show.  Now click
in the title of the newly visible column.  Viola.  Within each security
namespace, the list of securities is now sorted based on the whether or
not quote retrieval is selected.  Not as good as a filter, but it should
help.
