Release of GnuCash 1.9.2 (unstable)

Thanks a lot, Chris, for preparing our latest release tarball and 
collecting all these news bits.

Similar to the previous announcements, I've copied the text on our wiki 
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Announcement_1.9.2 and I've also submitted 
this annoucement to the gnome news page, where it will be available at 
http://gnomedesktop.org/node/2610 as soon as the site administrator has 
reviewed the submission.

Different to what I initially wrote about the mt940 work on 2006-02-24, 
I eventually managed to successfully finish that feature on 2006-03-02, 
http://svn.gnucash.org/trac/changeset/13444 (including testing with one 
test file), so in 1.9.2 there is a fully working mt940 file importer 
again.  (Which, by the way, could also be modified to import CSV 
spreadsheet data with almost no additional work. Ask me if you want to 
know more details.)
