The following procmail recipe will eliminate duplicate messages, regardless
of source.

    :0 Wh: msgid.lock
    | formail -D 8192 msgid.cache

See procmailex(5) for an alternative that's a bit safer.


Let's just consider this thread dead, though; it'll come up in 6-9 months
again anyways. :)
