gnucash 2.1.3 on Slackware/Dropline

Has anyone been successful in installing the gnucash 2.1.3 on slackware 
11 with the dropline 2.16.1?  

I did notice that dropline did not include g-wrap and slib, but also 
noticed that g-wrap has supposedly been replaced with another 
application in gnucash.

Since I had g-wrap 1.3.4 and slib 2d6 handy, I installed them on my 
machine and tried to compile.  The 'configure' went ok, but the 'make' 
gave me a 'linked list' error that I have yet to figure out.

Please post successful attempts in getting this installed.
