Problem fetching fontconfig on Intel Mac

This one should not fail.  If I go to the URL given, I can download
fontconfig-2.4.2.tar.gz.  Is there a problem with your network
connection?  Is there a possibility this was a temporary problem with
fontconfig.org (i.e. does it work if you try again)?
