Windows 2.2.6 Currency Updates

I note from the Wiki

that I should check that I'm running Finance::Quote 1.11, however, I note
that it reports 1.08.  The instructions then say "If it doesn't follow the
directions to install any missing libraries." <-- I can't find those
instructions.  Any pointers greatly appreciated.
