>From the mails you sent me it looks to me like your locale has
"SFr" as the string for the locale currency.  So this is your
locale setting in the computer and has nothing to do with GnuCash.

In other words, your computer is configured so that instead of,
say, "$" for USD it uses "SFr" for CHF.

If you want to change that you need to fix your locale settings on
your computer.
