I'm not quite sure of your motivation, here, but does this fit the bill,
Bill?

GnuCash is a cross-platform app written primarily in C, with some parts
written in Scheme, evaluated using Guile and slib. GnuCash uses the
GTK toolkit, and leverages the GNOME platform, including gconf,
gnomeprint, glade, gtkhtml, gconf and goffice. Optional OFX support is
provided by libofx, and optional HBCI support via AQBanking. Online
quote support is provided via the Perl module Finance::Quote.
