Wow, didn't really think there would be much interest ;-).

I posted a note to:  http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Talk:Budgets

I don't think I'm allowed to create new pages there so I just plunked down some general information about what I'm doing in the Discussion related to the budget article on the wiki.  Figured whoever owned that might see my posting and could either ask me to write it up in more detail or authorize me to create pages... or what have you.
