Hey list,

I'm looking for a bank that meets the following requirements:
1) Offers an API that can be used to implement custom applications that
perform basic functions on accounts (look up current balance, make a
payment, etc)
2) Is located in Belgium (preferrably) or a neighbouring country such as
the Netherlands

What are you experiences ? Does it exist ?

In Belgium, companies can subscribe to  the ISABEL system, which offers
the above and a lot more, for various banks and bank accounts.
Unfortunately, you have to be a member of the Belgian equivalent of the
Fortune 500 to be able to afford this functionality. Please don't
mention ISABEL.
