Unsubscribe not working

How long does it take to unsubscribe?  Three days ago I followed the
instructions at the links below to unsubscribe from this list yet I am still
receiving emails from it.  I waited this long to write the list because I
didn't want to clutter it with an off topic post.  Not sure how else to
proceed to unsubscribe.
