How do you re-save a custom report?

in the next version, deletion saved reports has been implemented. so
to do a "rename" you'd still have to change the name of the previous
saved report, and save it, but you could at least then delete the old
version. 

sorry there is no rename (yet? not anytime soon by me), but at least
it's a step in the right direction.
