The one-liner at the wiki doesn't require an in-depth knowledge of
scripting. Its only weakness is that it assumes your CSV is in the same
format as the example.

If you'll post the header row of your CSV file (the first row should
contain the names of the fields), it should be easy enough to adapt
what's in the wiki for you.

If you have OSX, you probably have the necessary command-line tools
installed already.
