Back Up

Why?
Word doesn't have a Backup button.
Excel doesn't have a Backup button.

If you want to backup your data file for those applications you backup
your datafile.   The same is true for GnuCash.  If you want to backup
your datafile you backup your datafile.   It's just a file, just like
Word, Excel, etc.
