problem trying to follow account payable tutorial

Hello. I created two bills from two different vendors and posted both
(bill000001.png and bill000002.png), surprisingly found bill 00002
credit account payable by 6500 while bill 00001 credit account payable
by 0 (Why_is_this.png)

There must be something wrong with bill 00001 but I could not figure
out. Help highly appreciated and thanks in advance!

P.S. Knowing people here hate big attachments. My 3 screenshots takes up
only 47KB
