Is there a summary by month report?

I currently export the Cash Flow report to HTML, then import into 
OpenOffice spreadsheet and combine months so I can see a running total 
month by month.  Not ideal, but it's what works for me.  Involves some 
formula building in the spreadsheet, and manual labor in syncing up 
expense categories so they all line up properly.
