Bug #44245 from F::Q bugs tracking seems to be related to the problem
you have (patches submitted):

In the meantime, can you try to use "yahoo" instead of "yahoo_europe"
to see if it solve it ?  (I also had problems to get quotes from
yahoo_europe.)
