Are there windows binaries for 2.3.1?

These redraw bugs are fixed in 2.3.x, but are definitely still in 2.2.x,
including 2.2.9. They affected Mac as well. Not sure about Linux. In any
case, you may or may not experience the problem depending on your font size.
And if you experiment with your font size, you may find one that avoid the
problem for you.
