For what it's worth, I'd do it this way:

        -  car 1
        -  car 2
     -  health
     -  homeowners
     -  disability
     -  life
     -  ...
  -  taxes
     -  auto
        -  car 1
        -  car 2
     -  property
     -  payroll
        -  federal
        -  FICA
        -  SSA
        -  ...

If I wanted to mark any of these for "travel" I'd use the memo field.
