Force Run a Scheduled Transaction

Thanks for the (easy) work around, Robert.  Shall I attempt to create a Bugzilla?  I couldn't find an existing one via searches on "dropdown" or "Since Last Run"?

Just reproduced.

Yes it is a bug you need to click one more time in the list of SX's
after chaning the status dropdown.

the drop down should then dissapear leaving the words "To-Create",

at this point your change has been noted and you can continue to
create the transactions.
