Indeed, I would.
Without knowing exactly what XML you're putting in there it's most
likely a bug in your XML generator.  As this is your code, not ours,
it's pretty hard for us to debug it.

However, someone sent me a diff today that implements a simple
(and very limited) customer importer than imports customer info
from a CSV file.   Check the IRC Logs from this morning.
