Some help, somebody?

I grabbed gnucash's help from is svn repo thus:
svn checkout http://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash-docs/trunk gnucash-docs

While trying to convert the sgml help file to pdf using docbook2pdf
command, I am getting these errors (on Debian Testing):
$> docbook2pdf -e no-valid gnucash-help.sgml
Using catalogs: /etc/sgml/catalog
Using stylesheet: /usr/share/docbook-utils/docbook-utils.dsl#print
Working on: /tmp/gnucash-docs/help/C/gnucash-help.sgml

.
.
and so on
. .

I have never used sgml or docbook before. So I have no idea what is
going on. Is there something special or custom about Gnucash Help file
that I should be aware of? Can somebody decipher the above messages and
explain what I am missing?

Thanks.
