Changing the quickfill defaults

When I want to avoid quickfill, I start a new transaction without filling in
the description, enter the splits, and then fill in the description. The
next time I start a transaction with the same description, Gnucash uses this
transaction as the quickfill reference.

By the way, every transaction involves at least two splits - the debit and
the credit account values.
