Separating multiple sales taxes on invoice?

Hi, Derek. Thanks for the help; that's good to find!

Two more questions:

     1. Is there any way to save 'Individual Taxes' as a default for the
'Printable Invoice' report? I see that you can save report
settings, but that will save the invoice number as well, I
believe, which won't help me for subsequent invoices.
     2. Do you know of any way to show individual taxes on the invoice
        entry form as well?

Thanks!
