accounting absent from cash accounts on stock buys

Thanks for the feedback.  

The stock account actually had a parent account in the same currency
that the stock is traded in (which is necessary to workaround a bug),
but it turns out there was another (apparently now fixed) bug where
the transactions were not appearing in the cash account at the other
end.  Upgrading versions corrected this problem.

So now the workaround works; that is, the workaround of parenting the
stock accounts by an account in the currency of the trade.
