Copying A Budget?

Perhaps I'm missing something, but I don't see a UI-based way to copy a 
budget in 2.2.9

I've dug up creating a new budget and renaming an existing one, but I'd 
like to make a new "version" of my current budget for what-if scenarios.

If there isn't a "supported" way to do this, is the approach to copy and 
update

<gnc:budget version="2.0.0">
<bgt:id type="guid">cb510a7ff55bd75bb9d0357316accd30</bgt:id>
<bgt:name>2010.01.10</bgt:name>
[...]
</gnc:budget>

and update

<gnc:count-data cd:type="budget">1</gnc:count-data>
