if you are using a recent version of AqBanking (at least 4.x that is) you 
should be able to select new values for APPID and APPVER in the user setup 
wizard.

You are currently using "APPID=QWIN" and "APPVER=1200". New versions can be 
found at "http://ofxblog.wordpress.com/ofx-appids/".

However, it could also be that your bank switched to the new proprietary OFX 
variant so far only supported by Intuit...
