Representing income

Hi all,

Since I started working my income (which before was a university
scholarship) got much more complex.

Is it possible to represent (the flow of money) in gnucash?
I get x as a gross income and 4% of it goes into a pension scheme. After
that tax is applied giving me my net salary, of which y goes into a PAYE
scheme. The rest is deposited into my account. How can I do this? How
can I do this?
