PDF Version of documentation

Working on a POS system formyself that could inject info into gnucash, I
needed the documentation for gnucash.  I wanted a single document for ease
of printing, but couldn't find an up-to-date one.  so I made it.  I have the
PDF and M$ Office versions of the files on my temporary site for the POS
system.  Let me know what you think.
