Printing reports

Since I made my first request for help, I have tried to print several
different reports, and the result is always the same.  After I click on
Print, the command is sent to the printer, because shortly afterwards, I
hear the Print Complete signal from the printer.  Nothing has printed.

 

I'm running gnucash version 2.4.7 on Windows 7 Home Premium, with a HP
Officejet 6500 wireless printer.  I have printed the user guide included
with the program with no problem.

 

Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated.
