Moving GNUCash Database

Hi,

I am using a MySQL data base for my GnuCash database. I want to move the
entire file (accounts, registers,..) for one of my companies to another
computer 
that is not running a MySQL database. I assume that I need to install
GnuCash
on that second computer using an xml database. How do I then
move the company file off my computer to this second one?
