Opinion- encrypt then store online?

Is the file that gets copied to the web in its encrypted form?  I am
not sure how you are using TrueCrypt, if the file contains sensitive
data then you would want to be really sure that it is not passed to
the server unencrypted.  Other than that, assuming the system works in
a similar way to DropBox then you should be ok, provided you make sure
that you have always picked up the latest version before using it.
You could get in a mess if there were a connection problem of some
sort which you had not noticed (either with the file being uploaded or
downloaded).
