Increasing mutual fund "Fraction Traded" seems non-functional

Cannot replicate on WinXP/GnuCash 2.4.0
* start Security Editor
* pick security currently showing 1/100
* change this to 1/1000000
* open relevant account
* create new txn buying 12.3456789876 at 17.654
* qty is adjusted to 12.345679 (as expected)
