In Edit -> Tax Report Options you can map various accounts to lines in US
income tax forms. In gnucash 2.4.5 you can map to lines in 1040, 1120,
1120S, or 1065 forms. Haven't looked at the various forms, but the 1120
might be close enough to the 990 to help (or maybe not).

Once you have done the mapping, you see the results in Reports -> Tax
Schedule Report
