Networked printing

Thanks John-2 for joining in here. The 'microscopic printing bug' seems
different to what I'm experiencing. In my case GnuCash appears to send a
print job and the printer makes its warble (job done) sound but it doesn't
do anything - no sheet picked up etc. My guess is it is sending an empty
file which the printer sees as empty so it doesn't bother even starting the
printing process.
