Can report default options be changed?

The reports you customise can be saved and then reloaded with the options you
have specified.
There is a button called 'Add Report' on the reports toolbar. This is greyed
out however, and only becomes available if you change the report's name (in
the 'General' tab of the report options).
The saved reports can be reloaded by selecting 'Custom Reports' from the
reports menu.
Note that if you change a report's options again, you need to change the
name again to be able to save it, making another, different, copy of the
report.
