funny invoice posting behaviour?

No, the data format between 2.2 and 2.4 hasn't changed regarding to invoices.

Maybe you mentioned this earlier, but I don't recall: do all your invoices 
fail to post, or only this one (or a couple) ?

What happens if you create a new invoice, and try to post it ?
