Posting Invoice in GnuCash

* Do you have any accounts of type A/Receivable?
* Are the A/R accounts of the same currency as your Invoice's Customer?

Generally the not-allowed-to-select-account is due to one of these two
issues.  The A/R account currency must match the Invoice's Currency.
Please read the FAQ on how to adjust the currency if it is wrong.
