Printable Invoice is blank, Fancy Invoice is problematic (tested on Windows)

Sorry for the late reply. What you experience has been reported by several 
Windows users, but the cause is still unknown so far. For more details about 
it, please refer to the bug in our bugtracker [1]

If you can provide any more information, please do so there.
