Are you talking about putting your own money into the business then using it
to pay the bill?

If this is the case, here is what I would do.

Just deposit it into your bank account and pay the bill.   When you deposit
it, enter it into an asset account that tracks owner contributions and pay
the bill as an expense to the accounts payable.
