Mac - customized reports not available in menu

Hi Jesse,

On my linux box (GC 2.4.10), the saved reports are run from a dialog box - 
Reports -> Custom Reports -> {dialog list of my saved option reports}

Maybe you are not getting the dialog popping up, or perhaps it comes up under 
the main GC window or on a non-existant display screen?
