character encoding reports

I checked in my Chromium (embedded WebKit)and it looks like the only 
fonts possible are the system TTF. Not sure where the Times and
Helvetica comes from. Courier is probably builtin.

I remember that Firefox could display more types of characters than my
systemfonts
