Unfortunately you must do this during the import.  Once the transactions
are imported then there is no easy way to redirect them en-masse.  During
the import you need to take the time to assign them.  Depending on your
import method GnuCash will learn from previous history and apply it
automatically to future imports.  Of course you always have the option to
fix those guesses before it gets committed.

But once you finish the import, that's it.  After that you need to
reassign transactions one-at-a-time.

If you just started, and you have only just imported a bunch, I would
recommend you start over and re-import.  Then spend the time to assign the
accounts during the import process.
