Importing data from Sage 50 Accounts to GnuCash

I'm a bit stuck so any help would be much appreciated:

Assuming that it's possible, how do you transfer accounting data from Sage
50 Accounts to GnuCash? 

I'm fed up with Sage and would like nothing more than to be able to migrate
to GnuCash, but I need to be able to transfer all the accounting data.
