check printing and multiple stubs

I have been searching for an explanation of how to get gnucash to print
ALL of the splits for a given check. Specifically, for a payroll
check. There are nine splits in the payroll check and some have fewer,
but it always prints all of the splits in the order they are listed
except the last one. No matter which payroll check I print, the last
split of whatever check I print does not print.

I did find where it says it doesn't print the split for the register you
are in, which makes no sense to me, as it does print the split for
Assets:Checking, but never the last split on the list.

Please excuse this if it is a dumb question, but I have searched this
list, the documentation and everything I can find.

I am running the latest stable version for Windows, on a Windows 7
64-bit machine. Using Quicken check format of 1-up with 2 stubs. I have
put coordinates in for Splits - Account, memo and Value, and they print
in the right place, but never the last split. Any help you can offer
will be immensely appreciated.
